Information obligations pursuant to GDPR

The protection of your personal data is a priority for us. All data is processed confidentially and exclusively on the basis of applicable legal provisions, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG).

The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with the relevant data protection provisions, in particular:

  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – where you have explicitly given your consent to the processing of your data (e.g. by using our contact form)
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – to pursue our legitimate interests, such as ensuring the secure and stable operation of this website

Data Collected on Website Access (Server Log Files)

Each time our website is accessed, our hosting provider automatically stores general technical connection data (IP address, date and time of access, browser type and version, operating system, etc.). This serves legitimate interests such as establishing a smooth connection, maintaining system security, and ensuring website stability. Log files are deleted after the statutory retention period (max. 2 months).

Cookies

To provide a user-friendly experience, we use temporary session cookies. These do not contain any personal data and are automatically deleted when you close your browser.

Contact

If you contact us by email, telephone, or via any available forms, the data you provide will be processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry and any follow-up questions as a pre-contractual measure. In the event of a business relationship, your data will be processed and stored in accordance with applicable statutory commercial retention requirements (generally 7 years).

Your Rights as a Data Subject

As a data subject, you have the following rights in relation to the controller:

  • Access to the personal data processed about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure of your data, provided no retention obligations apply (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing in specific cases provided for by law (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability in a commonly used, machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Withdrawal of a previously given consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 GDPR)
